- Hemopoietic depression is the most common toxicity
- Hepatic Necrosis has been reported
- Carcinogen, Teratogen based on animal studies
- Assessment of Benefit/Risk ratio should be considered in each patient
Monitoring data
- Careful monitoring of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelet levels.
